David Osborne

David W. Osborne is the Founder & President of One Direction Consulting Inc., a boutique consulting firm specializing in building better managers for better work and a better world.

A Certified Talent Optimization Specialist in Predictive Index since 2006, a licensed Results System Coach since 2013 & a business partner for The Ken Blanchard Companies training suite, David’s client list includes many of Atlantic Canada’s very best managed organizations.

A graduate from Acadia University, David has been identified by clients as passionate, persuasive and enthusiastic team leader, consultant & workshop facilitator.

A past recipient of HP Canada's Super Star Program and #1 Circle of Stars winner at Manpower Inc., Dave has consistently been recognized globally for his performance achievement by The Predictive Index LLC for the past 14 years.

With a particular interest in family enterprises, David’s work has also earned him 13 President Club Awards with Predictive Success Corporation.

David has lived and worked from coast-to-coast, and is a resident of Halifax Nova Scotia with his wife and two daughters. He is an integrated member of the Atlantic Canadian and northeastern United States business communities with active membership in: Family Business Association- Atlantic; Digital Nova Scotia, Bangor Regional Chamber of Commerce, Halifax Regional Chamber of Commerce; as well as regional HRPA Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
